PC Keeps Restarting....Plz Help

Hi friends, When I turn on my PC it get restarted aftr thr Windows XP booting progress bar and b4 welcome screen, sumtimes aftr the welcome screen, and even sometimes aftr showing the desktop.

But once its up it runs f9. But this cycle of restarting goes on 2-3times or sumtimes even more.

Its going on 4 over 1mnth. Plz help

My Configuration:
Intel Pentium D 3.0Ghz
Intel D945GCCR
2 x 1GB Transcend DDR2 RAM
LG DVD Writer
WD 160GB Sata HDD
Techcom SMPS (PSP 4500) 450Watt(By default came with my Cabinet)
I use Windows XP and Fedora as dual boot.

One more thing...I'm plannig to buy XFX 9500GT 1GB card. Will this b ok in my system?? The purpose of card is playing all latest and coming-up games(even the low/medium settings wud do) and watching HD muvis.

What u suggest?? Plz help regarding the prblm.

Well could be your RAM's are causing a problem. What's your CPU temperatures?

pc restarting
boot up with ur xp cd
go to command prompt by pressing R when asked

scan ur c:/

type chkdsk c:/ /r


and wait until it finish

CPU temp's are normal......and i checked my RAM with Memtest86+. Its perfectly ok. And I dont think i've sumthng wrong with my machine coz fedora runs perfectly f9....!!

my computer suddenly restarts and shows that it has a recoverd from a serious error and the details are
