need help asap!!!

hi guys;

in my college they have set up a digital library.
it has
1) server - rack type - IBM x series.- os = ms server 2008
2) admin computer - librarian uses it. os = xp
3) 7 clients - 4 students 2 check out. os = xp

needed
1) we have 2 be able 2 control all da systems frm admins comp.
2) asap the clients boot, xp shud not run explorer but smthin else - software like in sify i way.n we also need help with the software.
3) our college does not have a website can a website be developed n put into the sever so that it can be accessed online from somewhere else- we are opting for a business plan broadband from bsnl. if it can be done i also need help in developing the website.

Your requirements are similar to a cybercafe's. Contact them maybe they can help you out. Regarding the not starting the explorer, replace explorer.exe in the line : shell="explorer.exe" in boot.ini ( or system.ini don't remember .. ) file with the program of your choice. Remember to make a copy of the files before modifications.

I did it by using visual basic programming....
I kept one ".exe" designed in vb, in system start up which kills explorer.exe & it runs in full screen mode when system starts.....and when it runs in full mode it disables "window+D" .
but by pressing "alt+contrl+del" task manager can be accessed OR by pressing left shift key all system startup programs can be bypassed when system starts.......
I did research on boot startup......but not found solution...
try to get the source code of CYBER CAFE MANAGEMENT softwares
they are using the same thing when client program runs at system start up.....
