Default A small problem


hey frnds can u tell me how to block sites in internet explorer. there was file in which we add ip address but i didn't remember filename and process can you tell me please. Also there was a way to check the important system files in win xp by some command like scanwfs like this can you tell me please

Go to C:\WINDOWS\system32\drivers\etc and open the Hosts file with Notepad. Next type the ip address of the site and the name of the site in the exact format as written above. For example 111.111.111.111 www.google.com and save it. Next time you open the particular site, it would be blocked. And for your next question, I think the command is sfc.exe. Open it in cmd.
