Mobile themes

Hi guys can any budy help that how can i make mobile themes N6600 form my pc and other or can tell or give me the software to make it.

I dont have any info on creating themes but u cud download themes from websites and then using the dongles transf to mobile or directly d/l from mobile using GPRS/WAP
