my connection speed is 256kbps means 32kbps downloading speed but how can i get 265 kbps downloading speed sometimes.......

You cant get 256KBps download speed unless you switch to a 2mbps connection.

Sometimes you may get 256kbps by a mistake commited by your service provider like this guy

@ toqeer Your connection speed as told to you by your Internet Service Provider is 256kbps or 256 kilobits per second. Now 8 bits = 1 byte. So actual speed you get is 256/8=32kBps.

As aspire said, if you need 256kbps download speed, u need to get a 2mbps connection, which is going to cost you quite a bit.
