Very weird thing, regarding 128bit secure web pages HELP !

Hey people,

Lately , it seems whenever I use my system to connect to secure web pages which require login and passwd, like banks SBI , ICICI or e-mails or any other similar webpage, all I get is the not found page or 404 error etc...... The same thing had happened a few months back , I just restored the system back a few days and it started working fine. Now the same thing has happened and I do not want to restore the system as some settings which I need may get lost . SO what do I do . Help Guys !
This happens only with secure web pages , everything else is fine .
