Keyboard Problem

hi friends i facing some hardware problem in my pc

when i press left hand shift key,esc key, window key it gives some kind of beep. and friend their was one more problem whenever i press right hand side shift key suddenly the google.com pages is coming.
please help me to solve this problem

Just to get you started...........
might be a virus/spyware problem, do you have those installed ..............and checked for any problems!!
just a small opinion wait for a better one from some one else too........
