Which is best & cheap handset for Idea postpaid connection ?

I wanted to know the best handset for Idea Post Paid connection.

I want all the facilities like MMS, Taking Pictures and recording at least a 15 min video.

I want support for memory cards as well.

My favorite companies are Nokia, LG, Sony Erricson, Samsung etc.

Please can the stalwarts over here suggest me a good handset with cheap price and better utilities ?

i came in the forum to tell u the cheapest fone but and i was going to suggest motorola c115 which i am using it gives me a good talktime but it does not give any thing u want so sorry
