Default Zone Alarm Security Suite 5.5.062.011 Issue


I have ZoneAlarm Security Suite v5.5.062.011. The problem is that
Outlook Express stops working after I install it (i.e. I am unable to
send/receive any message & it shows errors)( )

Please help me regarding this issue.

My best guess is that, ZA is blocking OE from accessing net.Check the ZA log and/or put the OE under "Safe Programs/Ports to connect to net" list in ZA.

since u r using the security suite, try this:
open the ZASS window, go to program control, browse to the Outlook Express entry and verify if the options for Access, Server and Send Mail are checked.
next, go to Email Protection and try turning off the Junk Email filter.
if that doesnt work try turning off all inbound and outbound mailsafe protection.

Well this is the best suggestion.
