Default cant open 'add-remove programs'. pls help.


just noticed that when i click on 'add remove programs', i cant open it.
instead i get the msg :

Parser Message
Value Creation Failed at"Line 521

anyone now anything about it? any solution? pls help.

please type appwiz.cpl on RUN
if add remove prog opens up then it is fine
otherwise it is problem with control panel applets
there are some files *.cpl in system32 folder which initialize control panel function
please restore these file.
