These 2 Services are...

ACPI

AMLI: ACPI BIOS is attempting to read from an illegal IO port address (0x71), which lies in the 0x70 - 0x71 protected address range. This could lead to system instability. Please contact your system vendor for technical assistance.

W32Time

Time Provider NtpClient: An error occurred during DNS lookup of the manually configured peer 'time.windows.com,0x1'. NtpClient will try the DNS lookup again in 15 minutes. The error was: A socket operation was attempted to an unreachable host. (0x80072751)

Now Google says 1st Error is due to Power Managment and Gaved this info.

ACPI evolves the existing collection of power management BIOS code, Advanced Power Management (APM) application programming interfaces (APIs, PNPBIOS APIs, Multiprocessor Specification (MPS) tables and so on into a well-defined power management and configuration interface specification.

..so have switched to Always on pofile...and 2nd is Syncronization problem...and cant find the solution for it...

Any Kind of Help is really Appreciated ....

Double click on the clock
Selet the tab 'Internet Time'
Uncheck the box that say 'Automatically Syncronize with an internet time server'
Press Apply
Press OK
Restart
