try to go for 3200 or up
3000 isn't that good

3200 may be abt 8.5k and up

all kingston rams*diff chips nah?) in dual ch (2mods) aren't supported by that mobo according to user guide

take orignal hynix d43
2 X 512mb ddr 400 dual ch ram for abt 6k
check for dual ch capability etc

leadtek card has 1yr warrnty
though it may be one of the best try to be safer with 3yrs warranty
consider xfx,gigabyte,asus(if 3yrs)

samsung 793mb for 7100

microtek 800va for 2300
antec sl450 with 25A on +12va line for abt 4k in delhi
