Default help me out for my PC configration

hi people......
i am new to this place.i came here b'cause i want some help from your side. i'm gonna buying a computer.......an assambled one. my budget is around 70k..{but not more than 75k in any case}. my configration is written below.

1. Athalon 64 4000+ processor
2. Asus A8N-E motherboard with nForce 4 ultra chipset
3. 512 MB Corsair ram from XMS series with latency 2-2-2-5 {2 X 256 MB so that it can operate in dual channel mode.....letter on i want to add 2 X 128 MB of RAM also}
4. 250 GB sata 2.0 HDD from seagate with 16 MB cache buffer and NCQ capablity
5. Radeon X800XL graphics card with 256 MB GDDR3 memory
6. Liteon or sony DVD writer with 8X DVD±R,4X DVD-DL,4X DVD±RW And 48-24-48 CD read/write speed
7. Atleast 450W power supply unit
8. 19" monitor from Philips with dot pitch of around 0.25 mm and aparture grill
9. TVS gold keyboard and a optical scroll mice
10. altec lansing 641 speakers { it might be very costly so another option is any creative 5.1 channel speaker with atleast 90w RMS rating }
11. Floppy drive

thats it.........
now can someone tell me that SATA 2.0 is available in india rightnow or not ??? If yes then where ?? Also that the graphic card is costing me around 17k but i cann't go beyond 13k ....... can someone suggest me a good graphics card within this price range ??

i forgot to tell you one more thing ....... it is the work, this computer is meant for........... i am a architecture student in one of the best college of Asia....... and being in such a college ....... you need to pay for it, you definately agree on this...... now because of this we have to do a lot of work on Autocad, 3D studio max, Photoshop, Corel Draw and sometimes Maya also....... and the work is very intensive..... so definately i want to have a heavy duty high & performance machine. Apart from my work .... i am a hardcore gamer too and i can do audio editing also in Adobe Audition........ now help me if my configration is good or not ?? if not then where i need improvement......thnx.

nvidia series is not the most comprehensive thing around. Besides customer complaints are not looked into quickly by them.

This is wat my frend had to say. He uses a old radeon card. He gave me his card, for playing fifa 2004 tounament at reliance webworld a while back.
