The problem is that in my computers every folder there are two files name folder.htt and desktop.ini.
They are script virus. Whenever I removed them they come back. What to do now.

Folder.HTT & Desktop.INI are not viruses,

These two are normal windows files created in the result of a Customized Folder.... these settings stores the information of a folder if you customize it..... so i dont think that they should be the problem unless some Antivirus scan is found them as infected files.

As Capt Digit said, Windows creates legitimate folder.htt and desktop.ini files, but the virus VBS_REDLOF also does that and they multiply very rapidly. This virus hides a code in the system registry and becomes active again at bootup even if you delete all infected files.

To purge it from the system registry, download a system cleaner from Trend Micro's website - http://www.trendmicro.com/ftp/products/tsc/tsc.zip
No installation required. Just unzip it to a folder and run it by double-clicking the exe file TSC (for Trend-Micro System Cleaner).

yep, both files r genuine.
avast can b considered as one of the finest freware anti-virus'. download it from wwww.avast.com, install and update it, and schedule a boot-time scan the first time, to rid your mind of all doubts.
