mp3 player ?

i want to buy mp3 player, in mumbai the costing is as follows, pls guide me.

1) Panasonic - rs.3500/-+ ( with 6 months wattanty )
2) Sony - rs.2750/-+ ( with 6 months warranty )
3) sony - rs.1750/- + ( no warranty , circuits inside r of chinese )
4) miyota rs.1500/- ( no warranty )
5) MEPL - rs.2550/- ( 6 months warranty )
6) MEPL - rs.2550/- with kar kit free worth rs.750/- (?) on indiatimes.com shopping
7) Dapic - rs.2550/- ( 6 month warranty )

what help i require is MEPL and Dapic are the indian comapnies, the dealer for those co. claims for the best model as mp3 player. however other dealer says that the above mentioned comanies are 'chalu' , all the inside cuirciuts are imported from china and contains no guarantee.
what should be my choice ?

If quality is of absolute necessity.. Nothing beats Apple
(Shuffle,Mini Ipod,ipod)
Creatives are also pretty good.

BTW... in case u are wondering..
All these MP3 players use Sigmatel all in one chips. So only variable factor is the Solid state memory they use. and features may vary a lil (coz of the customised firmware). but they all use Sigmatel chips(well almost)..
So Audio Quality is just a function of the solders and the quality of connectors + the preset equilisers in the firmware.

i think its better to go for a creative one but transcend serves best in value purpose catogary....
