What do you mean by "VB Based Programs"? You can always make an .exe file on the machine where you wrote that code.

Or do you want to run it from source on another PC? Then in that case, you want a compiler that substitutes VB. I don't think is any utility like that otherwise Micro$oft would have been after the maker like a mad dog and would have made the life like hell for the programmer of that utility. :roll:

I dint know executable programs need utilities to run

I have known some .dll files to be necessary for running of some VB Programs but I think they are installed along with the program itself.
