Default perl-database help


I need help from u guys, relating to the matter of perl and mysql. When I use the DBI module downloaded from search.cpn.org, like this-----
Use dbi;
-----------
The apache error log, shows the following error,

Can't locate loadable object for module DBI in @INC..............

I even downloaded the lats perl release but it did not help either. Can anyone please help me out.

I am not into perl at all but i think google knows the answer..

i did google search about the problem and found this solution..
