please guys suggest me a pci-e card for Rs 12 k

go for leatek winfast px6600gt tdh extreme version
best in 6600gt class.
get it from zebronics....and u can have their contacts from the master hardware contact list in the hardwrae review section.

Hi , you r finding PCI-E card aroung 12K. Some card available at that range.

1-->BRAND XFX VGA GF PCX5750/128 MB DDR/TV OUT/DVI-I/PCI-E

the best is the leadtek winfast px 6600 gt tdh xtreme 128mb ddr3 .. it comes factory overclocked and the perfomance is also awesome. u cud try for gainward but their golden samples (glh editions) for the 6600gt are not available in india.

I agree with them too. I have a Winfast PX6600GT TDH (not extreme) and it is the best in the mid-range cards. And its cheap too in chennai for around 9.5 to 10K.
Don't go for the non-gt 6600, even the 256mb ram version.
XFX (or BigByte) seems ok too but the leadtek one was better it in a review I saw. http://www.digital-daily.com/video/6600gtr/
When I asked around (june'05), there wasn't any golden samples in chennai.

best brand is gainward especially golden samples, then leadtek, gigabyte and bfg and xfx. i would suggest u to go for gainward 6600gt golden sample or leadtek 6600gt.

Dude, that card totally sucks. Infact the whole GeforceFX 5xxx range sucks.

You can't say that about the FX 5XXX series.Coz I and many members on this forum have the series card and they do not suck!!!!!!!!!!!
