Plz Help me- I Want Upgrade My BIOS

Hi I have Intel 810i Chipset Based "Vintron MotherBoard & Intel Celeron 1.10ghz CPU(370 pin Socket) With 256MB SD-Ram Samsung 40Gb HardDisk & Samsung CD-ROM & CD-RW and Adcom tv Tunner Card & Creative 2.1 sound Card.my Problem is that when i insert the Windows XP bootable in My rom.win xp not boot from CD-Rom. I change my Bios setting. But Result is nill. But Windows 98 is always boot from Cd-Rom. so, i want to Upgade my Bios. My Bios Detail is That:-

o, plz tell me right Bios Version for my PC. and which Website i can download Bios.and my anotherproblem is that i am unable to find Vintron Mother Website And AdCom website for Tv Tuner card Driver. so, plz any body help me.

Unfortunately, ATrend, the maker of your motherboard, is nowhere to be seen on the Internet, so I guess you cannot upgrade your BIOS.

Vintron itself has virtually disappered from the market, so I guess there is not much you can do.

if ur comp is working perfectly then dont even think of a bios update.One little mistake.....nd u just might have to through ur mobo in the dustbin

If u no how 2 update the BIOS, then only go 4 it.
However it is not recommended that u upgrade ur BIOS.It can b risky.N powercuts during upgradation can prove 2 b fatal.

Upgrade the bios only if u have any problems otherwsie upgrading the bios will not be helpful and is not recommended
