how to rectify this......???

Whenever i restart my pc, this is what i got to see :



It seems there is some linking error in registry, but once it recovered y its showing again n again. Well i use CCleaner (a freeware) for all registry, uninstalling and cleaning stuff.....!!!
Help me out !!!

^^ Maybe!! BTW there are three utilities in the 2009 version: Registry Cleaner , Registry Defrag and Registry Editor. Firstly try by cleaning the registry with Registry Cleaner and if it doesn't work, defrag it(it will create a optimized registry) and I think it will work!
