Is there is any web site which gives information or guidence or tutorials helping novices like me to set simple operations like setting modem in my cell phone,setting up GPRS connectivity,connecting laptop and phone for setting internet connection etc Any information on this will be highly appreciated.

Hi I use cellone GPRS.I have Nokia 3230.I want to access internet using my cellphone and laptop.I don't have data cable for connecting my laptop and N3230.In such circumstances how do I go about it? With my GPRS is it possible to directly access internet with out connecting to laptop? I am asking these questions because I am a totally a novice in these matters
