MSN messanger uninstaller needed...

hi,

recently i have run this autopatcher and then i got this MSN messanger running whenever i start my computer. as i never use this and dosent require it, i want to remove it completely from my computer. how can this be done???

as a fix, i went to add/remove but there i just cant find the said item. well, then there must be some other way round.
