Default help needed.

i buyed a liteon combo drive about 5 months ago from the digit upgrade offer.

now today all was fine until 2pm .
i put in my gta vice city cd which is rather old.
nothing happened for about two minutes. i took out the the cd and put it back and tried to read it again using isobuster.
it worked but as soon as took out the cd and put in another cd the computer stopped responding.i restarted it and got shocked when i opened my computer with the brand new digit dvd and the drive failed to open it . i treid other cds i had but it was all the same.

now it is not reading or writing any cd or dvd.

it's status in device manager, bios is ok .
i tried uninstalling the driver and reinstaling them but nothing worked for me.

my config is intel pent4 2.0 ghz,512mb,80gb,intel 845glva motherboard,1 lg cd rom,and one liteon combo drive.

please help me.

also if any body can tell me where can i find it's service center in punjab (jalandhar). i think it is in warranty period.
(no lens cleaners worked for me.)

thank you

well try to clean your lense with Lense Cleaner CD..may b the problem is due to Dirty Lense ...if this does not work...plz contact to your Vendor...as you are in warranty....so there wont be any problem i guess....
