Which router for a SOHO setup?

yo dudes,

My friend is badly in need of a router.Wired or Wireless one will do that should work with his BSNL DIAS using PPPoE.He will be using it for a SOHO setup.

So pls suggest one along with their respective prices if possible.D-Link is preferred but any other reputed brand will do too.
Budget is not a constraint.
