hp dv4-1241tx or dell studio14?

HI netizens.
I have shortlisted two models with good configuration and easy portability with screen size(14 inch) decent enough to watch movies..
1. Hp pavilion dv4-1241tx
2. Dell studio 14
(Also suggest me any other model which is worth buying in dis range of Rs.40000-60000)

Plz tell which one is recommended seeing my needs(I need it for MBA purpose and later for job/business purposes)..
Also,anyone using these laptops plz provide yr comments....

u can have a look on da new dell studio 1555 for abt 52000...its a great buy

yaa i know its a steal given d config etc...bt i wanted a less bulky laptop...went for HP only finally--dv4-1241tx....its gud too,i can say
