hey any one can tell me that whether i acn upload and use asp pages on yahoo geocities service ????

Geocities does not provide ASP hosting. For that matter i think even Yahoo WebHosting offers only PHP and Perl for SS scripting.
If you want to try out ASP stuff for free then
www.brinkster.com
and
www.domaindlx.com
offer free packages to host ASP pages.
