How much power does my PC consume.

How do I know how much power my comp. consumes.

I've all the manuals in a box & is burried somewhere deep in my cupboard.As far as possible I want to calculate without taking them out.

Suppose I run my PC on averege 18-19 hrs a day,how much should I pay for the electricity.

The following run in my comp:

*CPU with GenuineIntel Intel(R) Pentium(R) 4 CPU 2.00GHz
*Samsung SyncMaster 550v 15" monitor(I switch it off when I'm away)
*Motorola SurfBoard SB5100 Cable Modem.
*Creative speakers

I don't keep the PC in stand-by because I'll be downloading somthing or a process might be runing.

Can the power consumed be roughly calculated?
