My collegue has taken this camcoder it is really good...

Panasonic PV-GS250 3.1 MP 3-CCD MiniDV

and it has following features-

hi akshayt! i guess u should go for canon ixus 700. this is actually a digital camera but its video recording is very good too. And add to that it has a 7.1 megapixel lens (wowwwwwwww). U can have a sd card of 1gb and record an hour's video. i got my hands on it last week and take my word its still picture quality was awesome and video quality was comparable to my sony nightshot handycam. plus u get a printer free which can be attached to it directly. so no need for pc to print the photos. the price of this cam is 27,000. so if u have 70% video requirement, i suggest go for this. but if u have 100% video requirement(professional) then go for handycam.
