Rapidshare Premium account query.

I'm using BSNL EVDO and would like to go for a Rapidshare Premium account,

Since multiple computers will have the same IP Address,

1. How safe is it for me to use a premium account from my PC.

2. Can anyone else use my Premium account since many computers have the same IP in BSNL EVDO?
