buyin a pc plz suggest

i want to buy a new pc.amd 64bit dual core processor,asus mobo,320gb weston digital hdd,sony dvd writer,2GBRAM,cabinet ,GRAPHICS CARD,webcam,power supply,ups.I want to use a samsung 22 inch lcdtv as a monitor.IS a lcd tv better than a lcd monitor,plz suggest me.can i use the lcd tv as a monitor,does it have a DVI port.my alternative for monitor is dell 22 inch lcd monitor E2208WFP,PLZ HELP ME TO CHOOSE BETWEEN THE 2,MY TOTAL BUDGET IS AROUND 32000

FYI, all the processors that are in market today are 64-bit processors.

22" LCD should be fine but you won't get high resolution on it.
