checked out http://download.sis.com/ for Sis 6326 AGP drivers,
but it seems they don't make any drivers for Windows XP.

You can get a windows 2000 driver for that antique pci card. Go to this site:

http://www.driverguide.com

and login with this
username: drivers
password: all

Now search on sis 6326. You will get a bunch of results in a table format.
Make sure to download the one that is listed under win2k.
