Ok. I checked again.
AMD Athlon 64 3200+ (s939) - Rs 8,300
MSI K8N Neo4 Platinum costs Rs 10000
MSI K8N Neo4-F costs Rs 8500
( sorry about that, posted the price of MSI RS480M2 by mistake. RS480 has become a bit too common, ain't it? )
160 GB 7200 barracuda costs Rs 3800
( the price I provided earlier was for a RAID 0 conf. having 2 of these HDD's)
I'm living in Delhi right now, but I've confirmed these prices from my friends at Hyderabad also.
Thanx for pointing out my mistakes, pal. I'll be more careful from next time onwards.

@manmay
u r wrong. the k8 series of baords are both for the 754 pin as well as the 939 pin processors. the naming that companies like asus, msi etc have generally creates confusion. for eg, asus has the nforce 4 ultra based board for the 939 pin amd named A8N-E while msi has the same chipset board for the same procc named MSI K8NEO4 PLATINUM. same goes for the sli models also.

@manmay
the onboard gpu of rs480 is better than intel gma 900 anyday ... it is almost at par with the 5200 but then the 5200 is more efficient i think ... the 5200 does a better job anytime. i would give it 7/10.

onboard gpu of RS480M2 is far betta then 915 series.its the same to 5200 as far as i m concerned may b 5200 lil betta then that.i''l give 8/10 not bcoz i m using it but ya bcoz it really did well while i played all the latest games and didnt give any problem wat so ever.i dunno wat u r lookin for and wats ur budget but i'll suggest u to go for a NForce4 chipset wid may b 5300 gpu if u can and if u r going for AMD(939)...but rite now if u cant afford or sumthin den widout any second thought go 4 RS480M2 mobo if u r lookin for onboard graphics..

Ive checkd the prices of the following:
AMD 3000+(939)_7250/-
AMD3200+_9000/-
MSI RS480M2_4850/-
256*2(400 MHZ)Hynix_2800/-
256*2(400)Transcent-3200/-
160GB7200 SATA Seagate_4200/-
Gainward 6600 256 DDR(non GT)_8000/-
XFX 6600 GT 128DDR3_11700/-
TechCom See Through cabinet_1000/-
Zebronics 400 W SMPS_550/-
Creative Inspire 5200 5.1_4200/-
I suggest U to try the onboard Graphics of the board. It would satisfy U.Go for a good 6600GT or 6800 when the prizes come down. The onboard graphics X200 is a derivative of ATI's X300 GPU.It is way better than entry level G cards.

thanks every one...for the suggestions now i have finalized msi rs480m2 mobo.....
but still i would like to know the following...
hey anirudh...care to tell me how much vram have u assigned to the onboard graphics...
are u able to play doom3 ? ... i mean on 800*600 or 640*480....i dont care much for it... how is the performance of the game...?( frame rates)
and yeah i heard that this mobo is micro atx....how does it affect the performace or anything...
what is its short comings...
overall this mobo is quite feature rich....
and yeah the cheapest for the 939... so there is no other option for me ...as i dont want to go for the 754 pin proccy ( i heard the production of 754 pin proccy is over)
thanks again everyone for all the answers....

Before you buy this board- there is one small disadvantage- it features a ACL 650 5.1 audio and not the ACL 8 channel audio in all the newer mobo's.
I had asked people here about this and they had suggested rightly that it won't make much of a difference with an entry level speaker system.
However i saw the machine at my friends who has 2 systems- one with this Mobo and the other an Intel based. The intel based machine sounded much better.
To be fair, he had a very sophisticated speaker setup.
IT might not make much of a difference if you'll go for entry level stuff like maybe the ATP3.
However if ure a enthusiast- u might have to go for a Creative SB live 24 bit worth 2k extra with this board.
With that money u can probably go for a good board like the MSI k8N Neo4 platinum from the outset..

Which games were played on RS480M2? Give some details, as I am planning to get that mobo.
