Default GFX,DVD,cabinet and PSU : Help me plz...

Hello Friends,
I have decided to buy an AMD 64 3000 (939) + ASUS A8N E mobo. My use will be like 30% programming, 30% gaming (not so much 3D) and rest for graphics and TV.
Please suggest me which one should i choose from the following:
DVD ROM: LG/Sony/ASUS/LiteOn/Samsung ?
CD Writer: Same as above ....?
Cabinet: My budget for cabinet is around 3000 including Power suppy unit. Please suggest me a kool cabinet which is really good to keep the system kool. Any model from Antec/Zebronics/iBox/Any other brand ?
Power Supply: Plz tell me how much a 400 W PSU costs? And brand ? Should I go for separate PSU or in cmbo with a cabinet?
Gfx card: The ASUS A8N E has PCI E slot. Right now I cant buy those high end gfx cards. My budget is around Rs. 6000. Plz suggest me a gfx card in that range. Should I go for nVidia or ATi ? I read thru 'graphics card related queries' but still it will be of great help if I get firm and too few choices.

Mobo & CPU gr8 Choice

DVDRom ASUS E616 & Liteon DVD Rom
CDWriter Sony 52X

Go for a DVD Writer instead of CDWriter Benq DW1640.

Power Supply:- Powersafe 400W Gold Plated Rs1500

PCI-E x16 based GPU
- 6200 GPU with TC[TurboCache Technology Shares Sys Ram]
32MBonboard Rest Shared Total 128MB - Rs4.5K approx
128MBonboard Rest Shared Total256MB - Rs 5-5.5K approx
- Gainward/LeadTek/Gigabyte 6600 GPU - Rs6-7K approx

Look for a PCI-Ex16 based GPU only not the AGP one as A8N-E doesnt
support AGP based GPU's

- Cabby any descent thing of ur Choice for Rs1.5K

DVD ROM - Asus E616

CD WRITER - Sony
avoid lg/samsung for optical drives.. samsung has tray probs and lg has read problems. saying frm personal experience.

PSU - Antec 400W Smart power - around 3200/-
in your budget u better go for the powersafe 400W as suggested by quad master ... buy a good cabinet ... recently i saw cabinets from UMAX and they had nice tough build quality much better than ibox or frontech or odyssey. get a UMAX cabby if u can and dont forget cooling fans .. 1 front 1 rear.

GPU - Gainward 6600 128 mb - around 7k

Instead of going for both, get a single DVD Writer.
I would highly recommend
BenQ DW1640 or LG 4163B

Dont spend too much on cabby.Get any cabinet you like.Pay attention to ventilation arrangements in the cabinet.Rear 120mm fan would be great, good CFM and low noise compared to 80mm.If Front too has 120mm,then excellent.Get Powersafe 400Watt 24 PinATX power connector model.
The Asus A8N-E board works on 20 pin PSU but it has 24 pin connector so better use 24 pin, what say ?

Hmm i would recommend going for Geforce 6200TC 128MB which has 32MB onboard memory and it can share upto 128MB from system memory. This card costs approx 3.2k
You can also go for BIG 6600 256MB which should cost around say 7k-7.5k
Great value for money card.
Unfortunately ATI doesnt have much exciting options in this price range.

Hey Quad, there is no such card.the 256MB TC has 64MB onboard not 128MB.

And hey,Monster, now that Quad has noticed your query, stay relaxed, the pro will recommend a kickass rig for you.

Sir Quad, please...
This guy needs your advice.Help him please.
Let him benefit from your brilliance !

Thanx for this info guys.
All right so here it goes:
DVD ROM: ASUS E616
CDWriter Sony
PSU: Powersafe 400 W (the one which has 24 pin connector)
Cabinet: I ll choose one.
How much those 120 mm fan cost?
Gfx: If budget allows I'll go for Gainward/Leadtek 6600 or I'll go for 6200 GPU with TC[TurboCache Technology Shares Sys Ram]
32MBonboard Rest Shared Total 128MB.
