Errors while installing ZoneAlarm 5.11 and 5.5.0094

See this error I got while installing ZA 5.1.011



Also when I try to install ZA 5.5.0094 it installs and after restarting, everytime Windows starts upto the loading screen and then again restarts like it has got into some infinite loop. WHat can be the problem?

Also would it be a bad idea if I use Kerio Personal Firewall?

Now the problem comes with other dll files associated with ZA like vsxml.dll It seems as if I have to manually install all the dll files associated with it.IS there any other way round?
