Process File: ctfmon or ctfmon.exe
Process Name: Alternative User Input Services

Description:
ctfmon.exe is a part of the Microsoft Office suite. It activates the Alternative User Input Text Input Processor (TIP) and the Microsoft Office XP Language Bar. This program is a non-essential system process, but should not be terminated unless suspected to be causing problems.

Process File: istsvc or istsvc.exe
Process Name: IST Service Spyware

Description:
istsvc.exe is an advertising program by Integrated Search Technologies. This process monitors your browsing habits and distributes the data back to the author's servers for analyses. This also prompts advertising popups. This program is a registered security risk and should be removed immediately. For removal use Spybot, Ad-aware or Microsoft Antispyware.

Don't know anything about iHiTA-AVDEXMI.exe

yep, agree with above post. why dont u run ms anti-spy and adaware in the safe mode preferably. generally speaking, spyware, if any will get removed. u shud try winpatrol to keep a watch on your start-ups, etc. all available at www.download.com
