How to clear History

Everytime I serach something on google, A drop-down menu appears indicating my previous searches. I have tried to clear the history from internet properties and have also deleted cookies but can't get rid of it. Tell me how to erase it.

disable autocomplete feature for internet explorer . do this go to tools>internet options>content>auto complete> and disable autocomplete options for forms . and then click on clear forms and passwords tabs. this will help i suppose.

also disable inline auto complete feature from advanced options tab in the internet options menu.

in case if u have cccleaner (registry cleaner ), run it, it will solve ur problem.

just search the web and u will get the software for the free. i don't have any links otherwise i would have given u

I'm using ccleaner for many months now,its so easy ... Nothing to be done, just enable it on the startup and ur trace will be free

Even MS AntiSpyware has "tracks eraser".

yep, ccleaner is great. also try ace utilities or anti-tracks. equally fast.
