SLI rig under performing plz help

as you can get what my system info is.... from my signature
i m playing doom 3.
what ever i try....i just only get 60 fps.
even though i have turned off vsync....and my refresh rate is 75.
it doesnt matter i use single card or in sli mode.
lowest settings or ultra settings....lowest resolution or max resolution(1280x1024)....i only get 6o fps constant.
i m using xp with sp1a and directx9c.
my system info is in my signature
and also...my cards in sli mode fetch a score of 14800 in 3dmark 2003
at 1024x768 AA none AF none.sound tests were not supported.
is this score is good ????or i m low with the sli mode.

and also i have checked everything from bios...its latest 1008.
i have enabled every sli setting...from bios.
actually i m happy with 60 fps at ultra settings but at lowest settings and lowest resolution it makes me feel bad that my sli rig is running doom3 at 60 fps....eventhough my refres rate is 75 and vsync is disabled.....i think at lowest settings i should have atleast 120fps.
