HELP:NET on PSP....

Please help me out guys...
I have a PSP slim, but i can't connect to the net using my college wi-fi .
My college has a proxy server which asks for UserID and password before log-in (when we use a computer).
Also, the authorities wont give out the WEP-key. They ask us to enable Automatic WEP-key retrieval in our lappies.Hence i cant enter the WEP key directly in my PSP.
Is there a way out?????
