Which blogging service conforms to my requirements?

Guys I need a good free blogging service.

- Bandwidth friendly (unlike wordpress).

- Basic features should be there, like WYSIWYG for desktop.

- Should be light for it to load on mid end mobiles.

- Preferably support blog post through e-mail.

- Should allow me to shift to wordpress (will shift once I get good internet).\

It does not support posting via e-mail..

Use wordpress & install MobilePress plugin for wordpress after which anyone can see a mobile optimized version of your blog when seen on a mobile phone. Check my blog, http://gxsaurav.com on a Mobile phone such as Nokia N79, iPhone or even using Opera Mini.

does anyone know the lowest bandwidth way of posting to wordpress via Windows XP and Windows Mobile?
