To remove Winamp's references in th right-click menu, start Winamp, press Ctrl+P to go to Preferences. Under 'General Preferences', go to 'File Types' and in th right pane, uncheck th option for "Show Winamp in folder context menus..."

OKAY! OKAY! i guess a lot of people here need this... so take a ride through registry ... follow the path HKEY_CLASSES_ROOT >> * >> shellex >> contextmenu handlers ....

NOW, in this menu whichever entry U wanna remove just click on it & in the right panel double-click its entry! & delete the long entry over there ( Advice: take a backup of the text U delete from there on a notepad just in case U need them back)

Or If U really dunt want nething abt a particular s/w in ur right-clik menu .... delete their entries so this is it!

Try this .. BUT DUNT MESSUP WITH REGISTRY TOO MUCH!!!

Better make a backup of the registry first... b4 tring yehmeriidhainn's method

Run: regedit

Highlight "My Computer" in left column..
In Registry tab -> Export Registry file to a safe place.

If any problems arise... just run thr registry file cerated earlier.

A simpler method of yehmeriidhain can be done if u have any of the tweakin utilities.. like X-Setup... TweakUI... They have this option.

It was given in the Digit Q&A Book (Remember? It came free with one of the issues). The book covers almost all the types of questions. Read it,you will get the answer.
