DvD WRITER PROBLEM

DvD WRITER PROBLEM

I have an LG DVD WRITER {HL-DT-ST DVD-RAM GSA-H54N}.Now the problem is whenever i try to write a CD/DvD OR erase any it gives an error.It cant write or erase any CD./dVd.i have tried 2 softs POWER ISO & NERO 9, both cant write or erase.But i can read all DvD'S & cd'S.

could anybody pls. tell me what is the problem, i have tried with many different Cd'S/dVd's also.

is the problem of software OR is there any fault in DvD writer.

plzz help.

Maybe the hardware is faulty..........
If it is in the warranty period.........get it replaced or repaired.

ARRE U SURE THAT TE HARDWARE IS FAULTY, 'coz MY REPAIR PERIOD IS OVER.

Try connecting it to another comp, if it works, reinstall windows, your drivers may be messed up. If not, get it replaced or repaired.
