Wanted or Unwanted?

My Windows Directory is having a folder named winsxs and it occupies more than 4 GB. i am having vista premium.. is that needed? is it a system folder?

Thats Wonderfull... My Question turns to.. I am now using Latest Spec S/W only.. no need for Older DLLs rite? Is that Directory Still Needed?
