hi . i am new to the concept of transfer of money online . so i have a few questions about paypal .

what is a verifed account ( how do they verify it )
i dont have a credit card or debit card and only a savings account .
can i transfer money from my bank account to paypal and vice versa.
how long will the transactions take . what are the charges associated with it

i was browsing online for reviews and complaints against paypal . wow . there are a whole bunch of sites dedicated to that . which brings me to a very important question

what are the problems i could face , how to solve them . what are the precautions that i have to take .

everyone can answer . i am sure it would be useful for everyone who reads . please try to explain the issues that could come up .

well you need a CC to get it veryfied. U can get a virtual CC for $6 that gets you verified. If you have original CC, then you can transfer funds from CC and vice versa but through Virtual CC, you can transfer funds from PP to your bank only not vice versa.

PP is good eneough for a buyer, but sellers have to be carefull because some nasty buyers just make a chargeback and here is almost nothing that a seller can do abt it.

I will suggest not to use VCC to verify paypal. You may fall in trouble in future.

paypal may ask you to submit scan copy of credit card bill of recent month.... and VCC don't have any bill.

oh ok . so what do you suggest . i dont have a credit card and can't get one right now . (just passed out of college and dont have a regular job )

could somebody please reply to this . i would love to get an answer please .
