Help with an Error Message

Guys, I need help on this one...



I'm also a member of another board and recently(a.k.a from the past few days) I've been having trouble getting pages from that message board to load in my browser.
I tried to load them simultaneously using IE and FF but they take about 5-6 minutes for a page to load(if it loads) and 6 out of 10 times I get the message(that which you can see in the pic above).

So what is the error here? Is is any shortcoming from my side?

It can't be for all other sites are working fine... so I dunno what's happening here.

Oh, another thing, also I formatted my PC on Monday and the problem has really started troubling me since then... regularly.

What can you make of it?

As it can be seen you are behind a proxy server(squid) and probably use it to connect to the net. If its so, then contact the admin.
