ANOTHER problem!!

hi there...i have a toshuiba laptop and the problem is...i cant remember my user password...and also not the administrator password....wat shud i do??....and XP tells me that my password has expired and i have to change it...so it asks for my old password...but i cant remember it...HELP

Did u create a password reset disk? If not ....

I GUESS U'LL HAVE TO FORMAT UR COMP!!!!

Or better still, y dun u contact the microsoft india help desk? these guys can help u out ... provided ur using genuine win xp!
