Its ur graphics card dude !!! There rnt any pixel and vertex shaders present on the NVIDIA GeForce 4 MX 440 AGP8X!!!! thats y it refuses to start !!

well its tru bro..ur card is not supported by game....the min sys req are :

Windows® 2000/XP Pentium® 4 2 GHz ou AMD Athlon(tm) 2 GHz or better
256 Mo RAM
5.5 Go available hard drive
64Mo T&L compatible graphics card(Geforce 4 MX NOT SUPPORTED)
DirectX 9.0c compatible

Driv3r isnt smooth even in my system

Geforce FX 5200 / 512 MB RAM
