Open internet explorer go to file->import and export->next->export Favorites and the save the file where ever u want.

Now to import the Favorites to other computer just copy that file in the other computer
Open internet explorer go to file->import and export->next->import Favorites and give the location of that file

^ and instead of going through both of your "path" confusions, the easiest way is to export HTML n then IMPORT it on another PC !!

@hell_storm2006 , go with what Paroh said.... its the no confusion method !!
