    Question Error Message on MS Outlook 2007

    Hii Guys,,,,
    I am receiving error message on my Ms outlook 7, I receive an error when i try to receive or send email.

    The error is like:
    Task 'Receiving' reported error (0x80042108) : 'Outlook cannot connect to your ... contact your server administrator or Internet service provider (ISP).

    Please help me.

    Outlook is unable to connect to the POP3 and SMTP servers. Make sure you configure them EXACTLY as specified
