PayPal Query - Help Please

Friends,

I got an unverified PayPal account as I don't have credit card at all. I have some queries:

1. Can I receive money in $ with this Unverified account?
2. If suppose I have 100$ in my account, is it possible to pay some authority via PayPal, with this unverified account?
3. Can I withdraw Money from this Unverified account from Some Indian Bank? If yes, than what is the maximum value in Indian Rupees that I can withdraw without giving any transaction charge/currency conversion commission?

1. Yes you can
2. You can, but it is upto them if they acept paments from unverified accounts
3. You can receieve via cheque for 500$ a month and upto 3000$ until you verify. Dont know about bank since mine is very old account when BAnking system wasnt there

Why don't you open a ICICI b2 savings account?
they have VCC facility, its on zero balance


then you are verify your paypal account

3. Yes you can withdraw. No limits I guess. Limits only on sending money when unverified ( 100$ )
