Default ClockGen Version Generator

Friends I have a computer with a motherboard of VIA P4M266[VT8751]
& model is P4M 266-8233.Tell me which version of ClockGen should i use?

is there a compatible CLOCKGEN for Intel 865 Gbf orig, mobo and pentium 2.4 GHZ .
